CFP (Cold Fusion Phenomenon) stands for gnuclear reactions and accompanying events occurring in open (with external particle and energy supply), non-equilibrium system composed of solids with high densities of hydrogen isotopes (H and/or D) in ambient radiationh belonging to Solid-State Nuclear Physics (SSNP) or Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (CMNS).

This is the CFRL News (in English) No. 74 for Cold Fusion researchers published by Dr. H. Kozima, now at the Cold Fusion Research Laboratory, Shizuoka, Japan.

This issue contains following items:

1. JCF 11 was held at Iwate University on Dec. 11|12, 2010

2. Cold Fusion Research Laboratory presented Three Papers at JCF 11.

3. The Proceedings of ICCF14 was finally published.

4. The Proceedings of JCF10 was published.

1. JCF 11 was held at Iwate University on Dec. 11|12, 2010

@11th Annual Meeting of the Japan CF-Research Society was held on Dec. 11 to 12, 2010 at Iwate University. Abstracts of the papers presented at the Meeting have been posted at the following JCF website;

http://jcfrs.org/JCF11/jcf11-abstracts.pdf

2. Cold Fusion Research Laboratory presented Three Papers at JCF 11

We presented three papers at the above mentioned Meeting from the Cold Fusion Research Laboratory (CFRL). The papers are listed below with the paper number, author(s) and the title of paper:

JCF11-7. H. Kozima and F. Celani, gBrief Explanation of Experimental Data Set on Excess Heat and Nuclear Transmutation in Multiplly Nanocoated Ni Wireh

JCF11-12. H. Kozima, gLocalization of Nuclear Reactions in the Cold Fusion Phenomenonh

JCF11-14. H. Kozima, gNeutron Emission in the Cold Fusion Phenomenonh

@These papers will be published in The Proceedings of JCF11 near future in abridged form due to the limitation of space for a paper.

Full length version of the papers will be published in The Reports of CFRL as 11-1, 11-2, 11-3 and posted at the CFRL website:

http://www.geocities.jp/hjrfq930/Papers/paperr/paperr.html

3. The Proceedings of ICCF 14 was finally published

@The Proceedings of ICCF 14 (ICCF14ior 14th Intern. Conf. on Condensed Matter Nuclear Science held in Washington D.C.AUSA on August of 2008) was finally published by D.J. Nagel and M.E. Melich after their elaborate work. The printed version will be sent to participants near future but the electronic version has been posted at the ISCMNS website:

http://www.iscmns.org/iccf14/ProcICCF14a.pdf (Volume 1)

http://www.iscmns.org/iccf14/ProcICCF14b.pdf (Volume 2)

The two papers presented at this Conference from the Cold Fusion Research Laboratory (CFRL) have been printed in this Proceedings as follows:

H. Kozima, gComplexity in the Cold Fusion Phenomenon,h Proc. ICCF14, pp. 613 – 617 (2010).

H. Kozima and H. Date, gNuclear Transmutations in Polyethylene (XLPE) Films and Water Tree Generation in Them,h Proc. ICCF14, pp. 618 – 622 (2010).

@The extended versions of these papers without limitation of maximum pages have been published as

Reports of CFRL (Cold Fusion Research Laboratory) 8-1, 1 – 22 (2008) and

Reports of CFRL (Cold Fusion Research Laboratory) 8-2, 1 – 16 (2008)
